Standard production takes 2-4 business days if you order and approve your files by 11:30 a.m. EST on any day of the week from Monday-to-Friday. Allow additional time for delivery. The cut off time for rush printing is 9:15 a.m. Eastern. 9 x 12 Envelopes require additional production time, up to 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: Heavy ink coverage or large areas of solid inks will result in additional fees. Price is based on light-to-medium ink density/coverage. Canada Post also has guidelines for envelopes that are not white where you may need to familiarize yourself with their regulations as well.
Our prepress department will notify you prior to printing of any additional fees. Heavy coverage or large solids may produce a light layer of ink that rubs off the front onto the back of the next envelope as it comes off the press. This is called offsetting (not the press equipment) and is very common on envelopes.
No taxes, duties or other fees for American customers!
